Vinification: in stainless steel for 20-25 days
Maturation: 18 months in French oak barrique
Color: deep ruby red with garnet highlights
Nose: ample fruit (cherry and black cherries), white pepper and pipe tobacco, hints of bitter chocolate and fresh mint on the finish
Flavour: luscious, full bodied and well balanced confirming this complexity on the nose
